Razzy is a mute. And instead of a voice box, she has a little music box.

She really can't communicate well at all. She opens her mouth and a stream of musical notes comes out. People don't really speak in musical notes, so no one ever knows what she's saying. xD

Amazing, I'm rather blown away generally one uses song lyrics, for things to say underneath, emo songs although annoying usually have the best lyrics as long as you go with the slow lyric songs, the other choices usually are from poems.
I decide to do some work, I googled speak music lyrics, and found a nice song by Abba called I let the music speak.
I liked these lines,( especially going with that whole music box thing)
