Unused rough character designs from an animated series based on Bible stories. The first episode, based on "David and Goliath," was completed, but the production company ran into issues and the episode was never released, and the rest of the series was scrapped.

These are a few years old at this point, but I still think they look kind of neat. I did a ton of research into what the Philistines' and Israelites' weapons and armor ought to look like, and if you think there is a wealth of reference material for that time period, well... there isn't. I think the only design that was used in the show was maybe the armor of the Israelite captain (fourth from left). Too bad, I thought Goliath's armor was really cool.
