The soldiers in the background were such a clever and ominous way to show that this is a declaration of war. Shiori in your style is elegant and powerful; that expression looks so strong and fierce! Love the usage of tones on their wardrobe, the patterns really made the layers stand out and pop despite the image being monochromatic. The linework is so clean and detailed and makes this image look so graceful and elegant. Well done!
