This is fantastic. I love the beauty of this. Was this inspired by the Japanese (I believe) folktale about how foxes wed when it was raining and the sun was still out. The colors and lines makes it look like that was what you were going for.

With only a mouse? That's pretty darn cool. I don't know how to emulate a pencil with a mouse, and my mouse-accuracy is terrible.
I like how you did the outlines and the circles, especially one circle being dominantly red, and the other blue.
