There's something about this.
It seems like that poor dog is miserable; maybe having a hard time breathing.
But the crowns and ribbon almost seem to be trying to cover it up?
Like forcing a positive perspective, because people tend to like anything 'unique'
or different; even if the creature itself is struggling.
^Just my take; I'm curious to hear the actual story behind this drawing.
