Description I'm asking for critique because lol this didn't turn out like the original picture looks. (If you don't listen to AFI you have probably at least seen the ad on dev. art, and it shows this picture) anyway. I still like it a bit. I still have to soften the shading and stuff. This was done in like an hour.. ok maybe I messed around the shading and use of multiple pencils for longer... but this was done with a variety of H and B pencils.

it does look exactly like the Jadeness, to me anyway...

I love it. only thing I have to say it...I'm pretty sure his hair is longer than that, unless it varies from that picture to the others...maybe I'm just confused..but yeah.

This is really excellent, sorry I can't offer any critique cos I havent seen the original pic. But overall it all looks really great

This is a beautiful drawing. You really ought to display it better. If you have a program like Photoshop, you should crop out the sketchbook edge at the top of the page. It will give it a more finished, professional look and feel. On the drawing itself, your contrast is wonderful. I haven't seen the reference image, but I don't feel the need to either. This stands on its own as a finished, solid work. You did an excellent job. You just need to finish the presentation in a manner befitting the quality of the drawing.
