HAha thanks was my first attempt at a serious koi, didnt wanna go for the traditional cartoony ones but im still very happy with how it turned out ^^

No im gonna leave it. And colour in photoshop just kinda takes away from it.

I do like it like this too...I am glad you're not gonna mess with it with color. Some peices just to look much better without it.

Oh I definitely need LOTS of practice with coloring things! I just started drawing again after many yrs of barely doing anything but a stick figure. Figuring out how to color again is a beast all in it's own!

But this background is not absolutely traditional for this style...
I want to see waves,flovers and other traditional elements on your works in future And...what about colour?

I didnt want something tooo tradtional, i was going for slightly diffrent then your norm koi.

this sucks n00b!

haha.. yeah..
i like it though.. except the tail looks a little funky i think maybe the bottom part of it should be a little shorter.. since in perspective the top part would be a little closer to the viewer than the bottom part is..
sucks about the picture quality.. i can imagine it does look a lot better in real life.

Hmm mb, i made them thinner, but you can still set he major chunk of the tail.. so its like.. lop sided :S

the fins look really good.. same with the head.. but if i was going to be super picky, the eye on the right looks like the eyeball should be a tad bit bigger, but only by a fraction.. it's alright since that eye would be a little further away..
