My part of a trade with ninebarkNinebark's part fav.me/d9a7wzb
I was given the choice between creating a horned saluki or borzoi like hound. I personally prefer borzois over salukis, so that's what I choose.
The coloration is inspired by smoke patterned cats, I find them to be absolutely beautiful

Gosh, he's dangerous and elegant and fierce looking! I'm in love. This is the perfect mix of borzoi elegance, plus the dark, dangerous vibe inspired by the horns and eyes.

That's one of the huge things I love about the design. He's so...elegant and powerful and dramatic, without looking creepy and evil. One of my favorite designs of all time. It's so good.
