Okay, this one may need an explanation. You know the "Tom Marvolo Riddle" / "I am Lord Voldemort" anagram in Chamber of Secrets? Of course, it only works in English, so the other translations have had to modify Tom's name to fit their own anagrams. In some cases, they've gone for something totally different (I think he's "Romeo" something in one language, oh the allusions!), but in others they've tried to keep it close to the original. So in French, he's "Tom Elvis Jedusor" / "Je suis Voldemort". Tom ELVIS? come on, I had to do something with that. Read the Wikipedia article about Harry Potter names in different translations here .HPΒ©JKR, any similarities to other images of HP characters singing are purely coincidental

Okay. I'm left with two options here:
1) I fall off my chair in fits of unabashed laughter due to the extremely high amusement factor going on here.
2) I fall off my chair in fits of unabashed swoon-iness due to the extremely high hotness factor going on here.
I am sorely tempted towards number two.
But before I get there, let's talk about this picture. I adore this picture...it's fantastic. Tom is probably my favorite character in the books (hence my obsession with him and the Gin n' Tonic ship), and I love seeing fanart for him. It makes my day when I find something like this. It's hilarious! You've manipulated the lyrics beautifully. Then we have Tom and his naughty hips. Hehehe.
Perhaps you ought to tackle Tom a la Romeo, as you were talking about in your artist's comments? I would most definitely approve. And give you lots of candy.

d'oh! I was going for wherever Voldemort fled to after failing to kill Harry, turns out it was Albania. I was confusing it with Charlie's work. Dangit, I should really check BEFORE writing anything. I'll see if i can fix that, thanks for pointing it out.
