FINALLY done. x__x
This took longer than I predicted and I'm not even fully happy with the end result. But then again, I'm rarely happy with my art.
Felt like doing something random. This little idea just popped into my head soon after doing that sunset picture with Skye; I wanted to do a version with cool colors and a nighttime scene. (This is of no relation to the Skye pic, the girl here is just a random person ^^).
I used *ramy 's background tutorial for the moon although I completely did it wrong. x__x But, it is a passable background in my eyes, because I never do backgrounds. Yay me.
Umm...no advanced crits, please.
I do not feel like working on this anymore, and I know there's tons of mistakes, but...I'm done with this. ALRIGHTY THEN. Now I've gotta go whittle that request list down.

The lighting on the skin here is rather lovely, I like how the blue is highlighted agianst it.

Wowwβ¦ prettyβ¦ I love how the background looks all blurry and abstract. And the lighting is greatβ¦ And I love the colors you usedβ¦ And I like the butterfliesβ¦ And itβs just so PRETTYβ¦ *keeps going back up to look at it* I only have a couple of little thingies. The bracelets slightly look like theyβre floating, and the shading on the shoulders makes it seem a little like the pearls are foating, tooβ¦ But who am I to nitpick, I canβt make anything nearly as good as this. *_*
β¦ Makes me wish that I had a coloring program better than MS Paint.

Ah yeah, those bracelets do look kinda wierd. I'm not too good with shading/lighting on skin sometimes. >>;
Aww, but there are people who do amazing things just with MS Paint! I wish I could draw stuff in Paint. -_-
And the program I use is similar to Photoshop, but it's freeware (GIMP 2.0) so you can download it off the internet for free, it's really cool.

I'm attempting to color a request in Paint (just for fun)... well... I've only done most of the head. Which took me several hours. -_-''' But I'm definitely getting better... the Curve tool is my friend. *hugs Curve tool*
