Overall

Vision

Originality

Technique

Impact

Vision: So I think that the vision of this piece is very clear and easy to understand which is good. I like how both parts of the title are seen in the piece. It is a herd and some of the animal's backs look like the outlines of mountain peaks

Originality: I think this piece is very original so that is great.

Technique: The only reason I felt like I couldn't give five stars is because I don't know a lot about watercolor and that five stars wouldn't mean very much coming from someone who has no idea what they are talking about. It looks like a job well done to me.

Impact: This is a very nice piece, I feel like the impact is going to be different for different people, so this is the most subjective part of the review. It wasn't very impactful for me, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be for someone else.

Thank you so much for the critique! I love hearing in-depth views of my work so thank you for taking the time to give great feedback. I agree with your assessment

It's not one of my favorite pieces- done more just to practice with inks- so I think in terms of impact, that's fair to say.
I really enjoyed hearing your thoughts. In terms of technique, water-mediums can be tricky to determine difficulty. Some people pick it up very quickly, while some are inclined to more solid mediums, so I get that too.

Thanks again- I really appreciate it!

This creates some really cool moods: calm, eerie, mythical. I love how you used white space to create a mist-like effect.

My only question--how on earth did you stay inside your lines so well?!

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! And mood words- I love them!

Haha, mostly thanks to a brush with a fine tip and a little bit of clone stamp for any splatter.
