Description
Her name is ManaAria and she is my One Piece OC. She prefers to be called more casually so people just call her Mana
Her style is unusual and she likes to wear Luffy's vest. She fights with a Katar and prefers to wear boots
She boards the ship after they got Sunny. So she rides on the Thousand Sunny with the crew.

I used the same method as Mermaid UnderSea but this time I kept on going back and forth between Gimp and Paint.Net.
It took me 15-16 tries to get it to be more fine.. And this is as 'fine' as I could get...

She sounds cool, how old is she (^_^) ? And I'm sure Luffy doesn't care about having his clothes stolen, but I'm quite sure he's the type to have only one vest and one pant (so if Mana stol them, wht is her wearing 
For the solid, well, except try and brush every part by color, I'm not sure you can get it easily (blurring it would just mess up the lines) For the software, I don't know yours because I'm using Photoshop, but everyone on DA uses SAI and they all said it was the best for free (^_^) Ask ~Valy-Chan , I think she's really mastered it!!!

She's 16-17 in this image... No Mana pretty much designs their new outfits so I doubt they'd mind her wearing their old clothes...
