MORE like a movie clip? This looks fantastic already!! Perhaps a little bit less light on his face and hands; so he looks less blown-out, but otherwise, it looks pretty movie clip to me!! Your work is great.

I was thinking that the light should be so bright that little overexp wouldn't be bad. You'll have to remember that the light comes from a spacecraft which technology is far more development than our's, so there just might be more efficient searchlight on it.
Or then it is just a helicopter's searchlight which is overexposured.
There's no such things as flying saucers.

Ah, true that. I didn't take that into consideration. I was thinking more about how most of the times, Cinematic lighting is dramatic but not too overbearing..but now that I think about it, what you said makes sense.

No eikös vain olekkin. Pitäisiköhän sitä alkaa ottamaan tällaisia näyteltyjä kuvia, kun ei tuosta urbexista saa oikein mitään revittyä. Nyt taitaa alkaa sellainen etsikko-aika ja uuden suuntauksen hakeminen.

hey man. it looks greate... *VERY* gregory Crewdson-ish. wich is awesome.... check him out on google images if you dont know who that is .
to make it look more like a movie clip. try enlarging your sides and making it even more 16:9 .. you can loose abit from the pavement easy but i dont think id cut any more from the top
the lights are awesome. i dont know if its real or not. but if not, then moving the light abit further to the right (not all the wya though) would make the composition abit more " whole "and that "empty" right side of the image would get more attention

I checked Crewdson's pictures and some videos from youtube. He seems to be working in a much greater scale than I am. While he is using great lights and has a crew of many people, I'm just working alone, doing all the lightning, shooting and the acting by myself and 3 off-camera flashes. But that's fine for me, atleast it is now. ...Until I wan't it all bigger and better.
