Love the unusual angle this is taken from - Above. Different, not straight on or a boring portrait, but like a birds eye view, and the blurry dress vignette really draws the eyes to the focus on her face and the details of the light reflecting off her hair and face, the candles also help draw the attention there too, very beautiful, I like it

Nice idea - i like the perspective of the shot - as well as the blur in the background - it looks like grunge style -  but the face and the hair could need a litttle work - erase  just a few shiny spots and make the hair a bit more shiny and not so fuzzy
