It's rather obvious that I have so much bias against the iPod. I just find it too mainstream; too over-hyped. Not to mention it's expensive, impractical and somewhat elitist (Php 3,000 for a charger?! Please...) . I could go on and on stating reasons why I hate it but I don't think the character limit will allow me.Anyways. This is somewhat of a spoof of the iPod ad-campaign showing shadows holding iPods. I took the concept of that campaign and replaced the iPod with a Sony PSP.
I like the PSP better, even though it can get a bit more expensive, because I could do more with it: play games, play music, surf the internet, watch movies, etc. Bang for my buck, so to speak.

The PSP can also be used for music. Which is why I don't really need an iPod.
Why waste my money and buy another music if I already have one in my PSP? Practicality dictates that there is no reason I should spend extra for something I already have.

As the proud owner of a PSP, I agree. The downside however is that you don't get as much space on the memory cards as you do on the iPod video, but you can play more games (that are better) on the PSP, so I'm happy.

True. The memory is kinda low but it's compensated by the ATRAC3 compression.

if i'm gonna spend mucho buck, i better spend on something more worthwhile like a psp! all around multimedia machine! and at least the memsticks are easily transferable. i don't need add on garbage like ipod speakers and the likes of the merchandising. as for the ipod nano, i'm not sure who'd like to watch a movie on a screen that's slightly bigger than a gameboy micro.

Well, what do we expect from a 2"x1.5" screen (4:3 aspect). It's even worse when viewing a movie with 16:9 aspect.

I LOVE the hype against iPod's, expecially from the people who don't own them. Or when people claim complete loyalty to a competitor. I just find it so trite that people seem to WANT to be against it. I have an iPod, expensive? Yes. Best purchase of my life? Yes! Bang for my buck? better then anything else i ever bought in my life. You keep your psp, and i will keep my ipod. thank you!
