Description Part one photo instructions for making origami ponies. This model includes the head, mane and hair.

This model contains a color change so one side's color will be the face and the reverse will color the mane. I recommend a fairly large sheet of paper (no smaller than 8.5"x8.5") if using paper ~computer paper thickness.

For the mane 6 in the gallery, I used either precut duo paper or custom made double tissue. Rainbow dash was made from many layers of colored double tissue.

Kinda like this: [link] . Check about halfway down the page for that link that shows the pink waterbomb base. You are doing the same thing, except that the creases are at thirds like the height and you are doing it twice (as opposed to only once and at half height like the link).

I'm afraid I don't have the right setup for making videos. The best I can do is provide guidelines and pictures of intermediate steps. Are you stuck on the multiple sink folds?

Well the sink is executed like so: [link] 1-1:07 .The video shows sinking halfway down. I just do it at thirds, once down, once upward.
