i like the piece a lot, but the lighting seems off to me. too little contrast maybe? the colors of her skin just seem off somehow to me. but i like the image and the blending very much, and like the piece as a whole.

The figure is great, it looks like it has been painted.
What does take a bit away from the whole is the background, that gives quite a break as it isn't in the same style. Maybe try to do the bg in the same "painted" style, or just blurring it a tad more for that "depth of field" effect?

Her eyes, expression, and bust are all sexy here. The wings are a nice touch of an almost gothic mystery.

She reminds me of a succubus, just waiting to loose her temptations. I love the colouration...her red lips really stand out against the rest of the picture. They also help to bring out her eyes, which help greatly in the whole seductress deal. Overall, well done.
