I never actually read the manga... of course, I wasn't interested, I suppose I want to see the entire series before reading the manga and picking at it.

Manga has a lot more fun and details that the series leaves out hehe ^^ But as you said, its better to go that way, than reading the manga first, then get disapointed by the series :3
