I love the luminescence/translucency of the crystalline forms, and including a tiny humanoid form was such an excellent way to show their fantastic scale!

Thank you so much! I enjoyed drawing her a lot, and I'm so glad the crystalline qualities and the sense of scale translated in the image.
When I worked on this I think my painting style was looking kind of thick and oily on the layering, so it felt like a bit of a challenge to get that some clear sharpness in the crystals and not make them too muted and matte. Knowing it worked out is really reassuring, and I'm so glad you like it!
