Indeed it's subtle but I agree with olorinpc, with another colour or another gradient with warm colours, the bottom half would get the attention it deserves

I really like the subtleness of this piece. Though in an effort to actually give better/useful critiqueβ¦ (one of my da goals) I think perhaps that with the shape and form, different gradients might make this piece β
Perhaps red with orange tints poking out, or a blue/purple combo. Without trying it β hard to say of course.
