■ Personality: Jed is quiet, on the outside he seems like a sturdy man who doesn't take kindly to strangers. His appearance is almost threatening from his height and weight alone, build up hard from years of abuse and heavy lifting, but on the inside he is almost like a child. A gentle man who wouldn't hurt a fly...intentionally. He was always known to be somewhat bland, his brothers always referred to him as being emotionally dead. He can't take a comment or joke even. Very slow in reaction time and dose horribly outside his own comfort zone but put him in a kitchen and he'll show his true colors. In the kitchen, he's quick, precise and focused.

■ Background: Jedidiah was born and raised in Texas. He had a big family and being the youngest he barely got the attention he deserved. His mother only came once a year to visit the family, as a giantess she stood out in the open fields where he lived with his 6 older brothers. His father was strict and often beat him. He's already had it hard with his special needs and learned to take the abuse. He went into the family business, becoming a butcher, and supplying meat to his family restaurant. His only friend was his grandmother who taught him how to cook, making him a skilled chef, his older brother was a lumberjack and brought 'jed' often with him into the woods where he learned how to handle a chainsaw and provide wood to fix the family home every so often. Even with so many skills under his belt, Jed was not satisfied with life and decided to set out on his own. His father disowned him and banished him from the family lands and so he was on his own.

Taking the pickup he inherited from his brother he left Texas and drove for weeks on end using whatever little money he had to live off of the basics. He arrived in Indieville out of random and deemed it small and quiet enough for him to live in and with plenty of land and cheap rent it was basically heaven to him. So he stayed, and is making plans to open up a business.
