I like how much detail you put into this.Β  If one looks closely, you can just barely see what looks to be traces of a face on his left pectoral, directly next to the teeth protruding from the center cavity.Β  To see Berkin's original face and head slowly mutate and move from the top of his shoulders to that location, making way for a brand new head, was quite sad to see in the game.Β  I thank you for adding that little detail in there.Β  From your portrayal, it comes off as more of an easter-egg.Β  Then again, from what I remember, by the time Berkin got to this level of mutation, what little of his original face he still had was hard to make out anyway.

Good Goddamn, stage Three Birkin always had an impressive design, but I never found him particularly terror-inducing despite being so jacked up. This is actually terrifying. Great job.
