I'm sorry I'm not good enough to love.Some Lemongrab.
I need to watch the new episodes. I'm really behind. @___@ The last one I watched was "Root Beer Guy".

I still like Lemongrab. And it's very sad no-one is able to like him for being himself. All the other characters are trying to turn him into a person he's not and are unwilling to understand him and help him understand them in turn. He's "Not like us" so he just gets ignored or treated with hostility.
His character and how the others (especially Bubblegum) React to him take on a very interesting tone when you realise his character is based on a real person born with autism. And it just makes all the other characters rather despicable.
On the other hand he DID eat his brother though
But then there was also the point that Lemongrab 2 is EXACTLY the same person as him. The difference being that he lived knowing acceptance and love (from LG1) whereas LG1 has lived with only rejection. They are the same person shaped by different life experiences which is why they ultimately have different personalities as far as their empathy go. And it just makes me more aware of how sad Lemongrab's situation really is.As he said to Bubblegum; "You made me."

I wish I had an idea how graphic designers are able to make those tall loopy letters and incorporate them with a picture. I can't seem to get my head around it

This pictures really summarizes the whole theme of Lemongrab (who is my favorite character). He's so angry at everything, and even when things are going well for him, deep down he still has the nagging feeling that he needs Princess Bubblegum's approval to love himself, which is super messed up when you remember that he sees her as his mother while she treats him as a responsibility who can sometimes be a nuisance. It's basically an autistic kid whose parent didn't want to put in the effort to raise him differently from the normal/candy children that she was used to, so he put him somewhere where others couldn't see him.
Princess Bubblegum created Lemongrab as a potential heir, and he's one of the smartest characters in the show, although it manifests in an unexpected way, and he does have leadership potential that needs guidance so that he doesn't make mistakes all the time. And he makes LOTS of mistakes, considering he had to figure out a lot of things on his own. "Too Old" might have been the moment that we are shown that Lemongrab will go to any length to become what he believes will make him acceptable to Mother Princess.
I'm really stressed about what will happen his next episode. There's a lot brought up in that episode that needs to be resolved, and with the hints of PB's darker side, Lemongrab might finally have the chance to express what he thinks.
Also I'm hoping that his brother is okay and that LG and PB will work things out.

No, that's the old school definition. Now it means "anyone who acts in a certain way as to provoke a comedic reaction from one or more other people". As such, it includes a far wider variety of people; the assholes who piss people off are now considered extreme (sometimes just called assholes or jackasses), while far more mild varieties do exist, such as people who lightheartedly tease others.
