It's time for some Abe Sapien!
Abe is my favourite character from Hellboy
And once again my love for big eyed humanoid amphibians comes to light 
(Although granted, Abe's eyes aren't really as bug eyed as some of the others in this category)Art nouveau style because I like that kind of thing and it was a fun experiment.
Pose is referenced from a similair Art nouveau picture in the latest ImagineFX magazine.
I rather like how this turned out
but I am disappointed with how many references I used to draw this.I'm more into the comics than the movies
Just thought I'd mention that.Sorry for any spelling errors, my spellcheck doesn't seem to work any more since I updated Firefox.

I think you did a great job but why do you feel bad about using refernces. I don't see how that a bad thing as long as you don't copy it. O_o

I can understand, I was just thinking when I use to paint murals I had to have alot of refernces to know what people wanted on there walls and I still us refernces from time to time now too ^w^
