It's been aggggeeesss since I've made a P2U! I retired all my older bases, so this is fresh.
I actually made this for me originally, but decided to make it p2u so others could enjoy it! C:

Compatible and Tested with Photoshop + Painttool SAI: Includes .SAI and .PSD and transparent .PNGs
I haven't tested this base in anything other than those two programs, it may work in more!*

* Whatever program you utilize needs be compatible with folders and clipping layers because this base includes both!
now includes transparent line versions too, so, also an option!

INCLUDES:

- Removable little palette in its own group!
- Fully separated layers for details/eyes/bod!

★ Feel free to sell adoptables on these lines for any currency, or make personal characters, color for your buds, etc.
