Thanks to your image, I looked up the history of this ship and it was most interesting to read about. I also seen lots of other images although yours was quite unique in its presentation. I hope you are able to return again to look for alternate points of view.

Thank you for adding this to your favorites. This shot was taken last September on a beautiful day in early fall. The clouds were outstanding. The sky in the evening was shaded with the color of smoke from the wildfires making a spectacular sunset.

Sounds like Astoria. The trouble i find is i get a lot of pictures with clouds in the background

I like clouds as long as there is some blue sky showing and sunlight coming through. This time of year, however, there is an abundance of gray.
