It was calm that evening, many people were out enjoying the sunset view on the beach.  As I walked up the beach, the cloud formation changed slowly.....; one of those segments in time where the scene constantly changed, it was not possible to take enough photos, but I did what I could.  At the same time, time seemed to stand still, and not move at all.  Twilight ignored the evidence of dusk, and continued to hang on and extend the day.  But eventually, the smothering cloak of darkness, overcame the waning light of day, until there was no light, but only the darkness of night..........signaling the beginning of a new day.
