This is from Wolfgang's foreword; I was psyched to see him call out my article, as it was a reimagining of the sha'ir archetype from 20 years ago, that paved the way for spontaneous casters in the game.

Very nice; are those gems in his teeth just for decoration, or have they a function?

The Age of Worms game has been hit with some serious obstacles over the last few years; both myself and Dazylar have had to deal with medical issues with our sons, which can mess with our schedule, two other players have been through a divorce, and there's a whole bunch of other crud that has meant this campaign has gone on longer than I planned, and we've played some other games in between, but we're on the home stretch, with some good memories (and WTF moments) to show for it.
