I love the look of realization on her face as she finally puts the pieces together. Even though the original was a rabbit and this is human, you managed to make her look exactly like Judy did in that moment.

The hair is so detailed and unique -- very eye-catching! Despite that it's messy and naturally frizzed, it's crisp and clean as well. Nice texture for the brim of the hat, too! Her features are soft but defined, and the intricate pattern of the shirt make it look very much like a picture.
The eyelashes are bit too uniform, I think. I can see a pretty clear pattern in them, which is a bit strange for a more realistic illustration. I also think that the blur effect was a bit overdone here. I get trying to use it to bring focus into the character's face; however, here it distracts the eye and makes it difficult to focus, particularly where the hat is. Her eyebrows seem as though they're a bit too far apart and I think the lips should've been smoothed out more, as they look like they're gobbed in a thick layer of lipstick, rather than a generous amount.
As much as I praised the clothes before, I do feel the need to mention that the pattern of the shirt is quite uneven in some places. For instance, if you look left (your left) from the button, 6 squares left and one square down there's an obvious anomaly in the fabric (which is the case in several other places as well). I also feel like the eyes could have more detailed. The colors are bright, unusual, and interesting, but there are no flecks or discoloration, as would be the case with actual eyes.
Finally, I can't seem to find a specific light source and there are just shadows sort of everywhere. At first I thought it was coming from above her, but then I realized there are no shadows underneath the brim of the hat nor anywhere around her body. So where's the light source? Can't be underneath her, because the shadows are under her chin and across the top of her forehead.
Overall, an incredibly well done piece! I like this reimagining of Judy. It's unique and adorable, and I love freckles. =3

This one is quite nice. But I think there are too many blurred spots... Like, it's okay on the hat, but not suitable for the shirt.

Yeah, I know, sometimes it's important to put an accent on some details. But here you could leave it a bit sharper though... Oh well. Keep up the good work Β

Yeah you're probably right...Actually I did try to read some tutorials over it since I love this technique to blur to bring out more depth in your art. I did not find any good one except for photography where it said to blur the parts which are away from camera...I guess it mostly works like error and trial..need to research more

Well yeah, sometimes it's hard to find an exact tutorial, which you actually need⦠Even for some poses. Like I want THAT ONE, but⦠there's not a single tutorial with it! No reference! So I have to try and do it myself anyways⦠So, yeah, needs more practice.
