The guy in the back his name is Kiais and from what I've seen in the trailer it looks like the sword he is holding is Soul Edge.

well if he was holding "soul edge" then square enix would have a copyright infringement case on there hands. I'm quite certain that namco would sue them for use of something they created...just sayin...

Thats what I was thinking too at the time, maybe sometime later they'll explain what the sword he's holding is, it's design might just be based off of soul edge too, won't know till they say.

I'm actually kind of hoping that the 1 really big thing from pulse that ate that adamantoise will be in this game too and actually be shown longer then his short appearance in the first game.

Not long watched the video. Amazing new armour! but the background in the video looks like everything is in ruins~ Can't wait for more info on this. I hope we can bring back Fang and Vanille, I also hope Serah has a role in this

I'm excited as hell, <3's Lightning, and to me with the purple-haired Kain looking guy and Light sporting something very close to Valkyrie armor looks like this one may be going back to it's roots as far as designs go.

I got a ps3 for Christmas. I ran around yelling "I got the holy game system!" for an hour. I just wish I knew how to get it to play ps2 games, its annoying having to switch the wires depending on what I wanna play.
