Personality - Dagar suffered a lot of discrimination and prejudice as a child; Due to this he attempts to blend into the background so as not to attract a lot of unwanted attention from regular, non-daemon folk. He walks around town with his scarf covering the majority of the marks on his face and neck, along with enough layers to cover the majority of his body. He usually holds a stoic expression, pretending to not be bothered by angry or distasteful comments directed at him due to his daemon heritage. He's not afraid of doing menial tasks or back-breaking labor- he really has no shame in what he does seeing as he justifies it by looking at the end result.
So when you see him on the street, you might think he's the strong silent type, but despite his height, age, and outside demeanor, Dagar is a bit of a man child. He is affected by what people say about him- especially if it's really hurtful- and tries to take it like a man, but as soon as he gets home he sulks about it in the corner until Ente kicks some sense into him. He really has no social skills and definitely wouldn't fit in well with the upperclass when it comes to manners. He is very wary of people and keeps up the stone-cold act until they manage to invade his privacy and see part of who he really is. His thought processes can range from very simple and stupid, to more complex and cunning. A lot of people judge him incorrectly, but the truth is he can't really explain himself all too well either.

History - Dagar lived for a while with his family in a small area on the outskirts of a much larger city. That area was mostly populated by deamons such as himself which allowed him to live a relatively cheerful life during that time. During his pre-teen years, his family moved closer into the city in order to increase their opportunity to move up the social ladder; while it is true that apportunities increased, so did the variety of people he encountered. No longer was he able to play ball with the neighborhood kids because they thought he was scary, nor could he wander the streets without being a victim of some sort of verbal attack against the patterns on his skin and his physical abnormalities. It was obvious they weren't welcome in that part of the town, but his parents had managed to get decent jobs so Dagar didn't want to ruin their chances at happiness- even if it would be at the cost of his own.
Over the years he became a recluse, never leaving his home to the point where he only saw the sun clearly on the days when he'd venture to poke his head out the window. He quit talking, quit asking questions, and devoted his time to catching a ball he would continuously toss up at the ceiling. He couldn't quite understand how the rest of his family was not as affected by the insults as he was- maybe they chose to ignore it, to look at the bright side, but he couldn't yet manage that. He didn't think the money was worth the trouble it caused.
One day, young Dagar ventured out of his home at the break of dawn to a nearby park; there he swung on the playground swingset, eating a piece of toast in peace... that is until a little duckling approached him and began hackling him for a bite of his bread. No matter where he went, the duck would follow him-- Dagar couldn't quite understand what was happening now. For all his recent life, people have just run away from him, but now he was being followed and it was such a nice feeling too. He "played" with the duck, who he'd later name Ente, and lured him out everyday with a piece of toast until they eventually became somewhat friends- if you could even call it that.
Years passed, and Dagar finally had it- he would move out and go to a place he'd heard about through dinner-table conversations with his family. He was a legal adult, and would carve out his own path regardless of his parent's opinions. He walked out towards the crossroads leading to the East sector of Emlyn and was surprisingly joined by Ente, but the duck would say he only came along because the daemon boy would need some sense knocked into him and he was the one to do it. Now Dagar managed to find himself a home, a job, and a new life with opportunities for himself, but not for money 'cause money doesn't buy happiness, right? Yeah...
Miscellaneous - Ente is really his best friend and support, probably the only person- er, duck, that he really cares about
Dagar has retractable claws and particularly sharp canines from a canine daemon heritage
He has soo many more markings, but I couldn't come up with what to give him soit'sasecretfornow-//hit
He has maybe no sex-drive and it is sad, but he can be very affectionate
