this would be the scond of the two old school requests, the first being[link]
originally meant to be two seperate portriats, I stumbled upon this shot while digging for reference material. While a lot lower res that all the others ( a severe stumbling block for a detail freak like me.), this one had a more... natural feel to it. Nothing to do with epic space battles or saving the universe. Just a man and a woman and how everything can fall away when you are close. Apparently I am a big softy as well as a closet geek.

A beautifully rendered moment that nicely captures the characters and their will they-won't they relationship. (I remember using that same photo ref myself for a similar pencil sketch.
