Took my time choosing the source material on this one. I wanted to get the diversity of the man in the portrait. Not studly leading man our boy Eddie, but excellent everyman. And I wanted to get some of that American History X toughness in there as well. hope you like it. Enjoy

I am always impressed by the wonderful tones in your work and the amazing proportions. Edward Norton is one of my favorite actors for his range of parts. You created a perfect portrayal of him in this piece with the intensity in his eyes and expression.

thanks much! proportions are very important for me. I feel you should never be afraid to be methodical and mechanical in the early stages of a piece and get the proportions as accurate as you can. once you have a good base you can let the creativity flow.
