They look like two of my characters! This is really weird! I didn't figure out they were a couple until two days ago!

Its not just the appearance of the characters I was referring to.Its the general feel of the piece and what it portrays. You are, however entitled to your opinion. Artists just tend to see things differently. Everybody cannot have the same Clary in their head.

I'm totally with you here. That looks just like Jace, and although that is not how I pictured Clary, and based off Burdge's other drawings of Clary it is not, the angst-ridden portrayal that is conveyed through the piece is totally Jace and Clary.

The emotion it conveys is sort of Clace-ish, but it's mentioned numerous times that she has really curly hair. So, yeah, Clary looks different in probably everyone's mind, but her curly hair is canon, so...

This one kinda reminded me of Daniel and Luce from the Fallen series, especially in the third book, Passion. I can't really remember the characteristics, but the meaning behind it did remind me. If you haven't, you should read them, they're pretty good.
