Wow. This is beautiful.
First, I would like to say that the colours you chose flow very well together. The orange looks as if it resembles a hot tone, like of the sun. And the blue looks like it resembled a cool tone, like of perhaps water or darkness. The black you placed behind the circle most definitely adds to the dramatic effect making the circle stand out more. I love how the orange circle is not plain at all and has a design within it that matches the whole atmosphere of the piece. Because of this, I give a 5 and a 5 for vision and technique.
Originality wise, I have seen quite a few of pictures like this one. But not exactly. You have made a better, modified it to those I believe. This is the best I've seen.
This picture is one that if I saw in a gallery, I would not continue walking. I would stay for a while and really look at the details. Thus, I give you a 5 on impact.
