It's from the Simpsons.
Bart has this "alter ego" called El Barto, of whom is really just Bart in a "Zorro" mask. El Barto's "mark" is actually all I've seen of him, of which is a headshot drawing of El Barto with his name on the side. People keep wondering who El Barto really is, just because they're that stupid.

I used to despise it when I was younger, since my dad watched it often. He even had Simpsons sounds on his computer except for the regular ones. For instance, when an error occured, the computer said "D'oh!" instead of the regular bing. And I hated it. XD
Now I see why my dad likes it. It's actually pretty funny and well-developed. They have so many different characters, I always wonder how they keep them all so well in-character.
