Awww, this is pretty. One of my favorite hair/eye color combinations is brown hair and blue eyes. I think the eyes are really pretty too, and the hair is great. Good job! Skin's soft looking too...
Only problem I see is the background. The dots just don't seem...fuzzy enough. It looks kinda polka dotted cuz of that. Other than that, it's great!
