Villain Spotlight
The BioPets R&D facility is really just a front. The building on the surface is just a friendly face for the public. Tours are even available to the public where civilians can walk through the building and look at all the cute, adorable animals being born and raised.
All their illegal activity actually takes place within the secret underground facility below, known as the "Hazard Wing". In this wing, terrible new biological weapons are constantly being developed to find new ways to kill people and impress potential clients.
And who else would BioPets want to hire onto the Hazard Wing other than the scientific mind behind the Tribal Gang's powers, Dr. Tundra!
