The attacks effect should state that by finding the opponents weak point this attack is always counted as super effective regardless of typing. Also you could change its type and ability to match Arceus, since it's its genetic creator. Make the attack change its typing to match its user so it's always a STAB move. Just listing some suggestions. If you like any of these suggestions on this piece or another, look me know, I'd be happy to help you come up with special abilities for pokemon and different move names and their effect that sound as if they actually are in the games already.
