photoshop cs 5 used the pen tool plus lots of outer glow. the lightning on Rainbow's is a trick I have known for awhile

I was gonna do all 6 but I did RD, Pinkie, Rarity and then just lacked motivation. I started to redo Pinkie because it felt off and then stopped part way. Thank you for re-motivating me and I'd love to see when you've done all 6.
