Thanks for that, I know very little about horses, but could at least recognise something special here. This is a blow-up with a long lens hence the murky quality, if I see him again at next year's show I'll ask to do some portraits

Yeah, he's been well fed and exercised, you can tell by his smooth skin under his beautiful coat, can't see any bones on him, and his muscled chest, legs, and flank. He is a beautiful and well loved horse. If he's cool with it, I know I'd love to see the results of that shoot.
