Wow I love this so much, it's just so beautiful, elegant, and powerful all in one. The strength and energy I sense from this picture is wonderful and to say that I am impressed is an understatement. An instant favorite in my book and I must say, it is an elegance that I love, the wings and feathers are just something that i can not put correctly into words and I just wish to tell you how great I find this.

Pros:
1. Wings. *strangle Kuma* TEACH ME THAT DAMN TECHNIQUE!!!
2. The background fits him a lot
3. Gesture. Nice gesture...
4. Costume. Making the costume, moreover with the little things in his shoulder, is really difficult
Cons:
1. Sword. Needs thicker, longer, thougher-like sword. This way, it looks like a ... fence, made from paper.
2. If i don't realize what he's hand up to, I'll think he's holding the sword with two hands, but no, he's holding a dagger too. I think you can expose the dagger more.
3. Ummm... whatelse... ... a bigger wing, may be? *knocked dwon by Kuma*

Yup, i think i need to learn more on coloring reflective metals. and about the dagger and wings, yup, AGAIN, i ran out of paper when i did the line sketch X3
and about the wings:
1. draw a white figure
2. add the blue shadows
3. use finger tool to create the feather texture. You need a tablet to make a sharp end though.
4. copy it as a new layer
5. blur it, and select the layer property to "screen" (in this case. In some cases you can try "brighten" or other effects)
6. copy the blured layer as a new layer, and set it to "dissolve". Done
