They still are, but they don't  cuddle with each other anymore.

Yeah.  They're adult kitties now -- as we speak, Bran is out playing at being a wildling in the field across the creek, and Prince Joffrey is ruling over all he surveys from his favorite throne (a tall cat perch in a corner with two windows and a view of the creek, the meadow, and the street).
