This is indeed the fourth one of my Halloween creatures. I decided instead of making an ugly witch, I made a cute one... Probably just like everyone else... *sigh* Also, this is the first time I submitted an attempt of making the hair look more realistic, so please tell me what you think... And uh... Actually, I can explain that... You see, when I was young, and I drew a female or a male, people would always mistake it for the opposite sex... Example: If I drew a female, someone would mistake it for a male, so I decided to make it so that you could tell who was who... And then the habit just stuck...
