I like the episode where Omi went back to the past to prevent Chase from turning into an evil-lizard bad guy. Good Jack wears the cutest little sunhat! And his hair is long.

Cute, but that hardly means anything complimentary.
Be careful of making compositions and shoulders that sag to the bottom right. Add some horizontal lines to balance your strong vertical ones. Also, right figures arms are not of the same length.
The perspective of the hat is nice. 
It seems over all sketchy and akwardly arranged. Maybe adding a background would give it a solid, grounded feel?
