This drawing just took my breath away. Literally. From the shading to the minute details of the freckles (which I adore) to the depth of the eyes, this drawing is captivating in so many ways. I don't think my words would do it justice.
It is absolutely beautiful.

Iβve not used a light table.
For this one and some other of my drawings I only had to draw first a pencil reticule using the squares to enlarge the original figure and to draw correctly the borders of the first sketchβ¦ this is the way Iβve learned at school from my teacher.
