The Drill Pokémon and the evolved form of Rhyhorn

Rhydon's brain begins to develop after it learns to stand in its hind legs. It has learned to rotate the horn on its snout like a drill, which it can use to pierce through solid bedrock and shatter diamonds. It has been noted that the average female's horn is smaller than the typical male's.

An exceptionally powerful creature, it has been reported to demoligh skyscrapers with a sweeping blow from its tail. Its thick hide is so thick and so insensitive that it is capable of passing through rivers of lava unscathed and withstanding a direct blow from a cannonball.

Rhyhorn is a dual-type Pokémon, being both Ground and Rock-type. It evolves from Rhyhorn at experience level 42 and into Rhyperior when traded while holding a Protector.
