Done as a portrait exercise - to practice painting with grey scale only (except for the red touch in his clothing, of course)Peeta, the "Boy with the Bread"
, from "The Hunger Games". (You can't help but loving that boy...
)It came as a surprise, but although I didn't picture him like that when reading the books, I really liked Josh as Peeta.
PS - Gale, please, go get lost in the woods or something!

Ah ha! The boy with the bread. It's all clear to me now.
He looks great. He has "smiling" eyes and I love the shadowing of his cheeks. And I love that his face/head is not so perfectly symmetrical, like I often see in portraits.
