Lololololol! This is funny! It would be cute if the bill was closed but it isn't. It is open in a laughing position! Using a photo though is not my faveorate way to make art but it is of little matter! And might I add, it is the first pelican I have ever seen here! Lol! I would never have thought to add a pelican to my collection of deviantions so you get kudos on that one, buddy! And as for the catagory of impact... I alughed so hard that it was stupid! So, I think that it impacted me a little bit!

I love the shot you took on the pelican. It makes me so funny with the bird's beak being wide open. If I had to guess, I believe the pelican is either hungry or just waking up. You got the zoom right when you took the picture of the bird. It does feel real if one were to go so close at the pelican. The key of the show was the background. You got the choice of environment right since pelicans thrive in the seas. Personally, they would fly by the ocean with no problems if they eat fish or having fun. Wonderful job.
