The idea for this was inspired by the name of the group InvaderCupcakes . They're actually doing a contest to come up with a group avatar, so I will be using part of this as an entry to that, as well.One of the suggestions was to make "zombie cupcakes" and when I heard that, this image popped into my head. I loved it! Two of my favourite things. haha.

This is both terrifying and adorable! I enjoy all the shifts in color in and around the zombie cupcakes it creates a lot of depth.

Hahaha this is such a wonderful painting!!!! I love the expression of the cupcakes, as well as their shadowing! ^^ The only little detail that takes away from the picture is the background. I feel like their a bit floating as they walk. But the colors go great together and really make the cupcakes stand out!

Haha, I tried to do shading around the ground where they're walking, but I guess it's not showing up very well. I was going for like a dust filled street or parking lot type feel. Something apocalyptic.

Ooh! I figured it out! Its the perspective of the white part of the background. It should be getting thinner instead of bigger to match the perspective of the cupcakes.
